Description

Converts UTF-8 text files to other codepages and back.

r5 is modified to convert unmapped Unicode codepoints to
\uHHHH and \UHHHHHHHH escape sequence formats and back.

See utf8tocp.dif for the changes from original version 0.9.5.

UTF8TOCP.COM built with OpenWatcom and not compressed.
