# Finally
I'm finally going home tomorrow. It's been pretty hard to survive out here (in my tent), since the nearest Wi-Fi is too far to connect to from my tent and, due to being outside of Sweden, I don't have unlimited mobile data.
I also installed OpenBSD on this Dell Inspiron 1018 yesterday. As expected, it's more similar to NetBSD than either of them are to Linux. I also noticed the lack of envstat.
I've taken a morning swim in the ocean with my older brother every day since I came here. The waves were very strong on the first day, but not so much on the rest.
How come ASCII C0 control characters are used so rarely in text-based network protocols (except CR and LF, of course)? Or am I just being stupid? Send me an e-mail if you know.
