My friend set up a thus far unfederating  and unlive peertube  for me to
play with.   On my sooper weak boxens, I figured 800x600,  10fps,  44100
128k aac (hang on did I overspecify my audio) might be doable.

Admittedly   my  repl  is the size of a postage  stamp.    But  the  low
resolution at least means the letters are big in the video.

Looks like it works.  This should be peertubeliveable as well. I want to
use this medium  for the lispy ai show, which I might start  hosting  on
this unfederated peertube.
