About the theory of rehabilitation
on Autistic Disorder by means of
electronic games

First of all i am putting this theory on a essay on a effort to prove to my
defiants, that told me that technology is bad for autistic child, whom of us
is right, the ones who has the science , or the auto proclaimed webgurus , that
claim to have the magic bullet to raise a child, without themselves having gave
birth to no one. I will send this to revision by pairs and for scientific scrutiny
just to prove that the stablished science is way better than web non-sense.
All introductions being done, let`s begin to talk about the core theory.


I want to start talking that i am not defending unsupervised use of internet,
that is very  dangerous, with that out of the way we need to understand that
on autistic disorder we have a series of habilities that are more or less
compromised, depending of the support level of that individual, but skills
such as socialization, empathy, comunication, coordination, proprioception
and spatial perception and cognition may be compromised in more or less
severe levels taking into account the support level that the individual may
be into.
The classical therapy is efficient until certain point, after that we may
need to  use unorthodox ways to get improvements. And this is where the
tchnology as a therapy (TAAT) can be a game changer (quite literally).
I was diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder late at my 21 years, and
did not have a wide range treatment, and till now i do not have, because
it is expensive and not disponible at public health service. And i see a
lot of mothers complaining that they  have dificulties on that aspect.
So far thats is the background of the question.
But woh technology interventions can improove the autistc individual live?
We at development and IT maintenance know that the major contributor for
human social evolution have been the MMO systems that has been arround for
some time, and we have two important types of MMO systems, but allow me to
explain what in fact is the MMO.
 Standing for Massively Multiplayer Online, it is a kind of a game, that is
developed to be populated by a numerous quantity of online players that
interacts together. The subdivisions of MMO games are the MMORPG (Massively
Multiplayer Online Roleplay Game) and the MMOSG (Massively Multiplayer Online
Social Game) and the Roleplay games are based on a role playing game, and the
Social game is based on socialization.
So, they can be used to estimulate recovery on deficits caused by the impairment
of the skills by making the individual develop it and obtain a new set of habilities.
The gain is expressively major in habilities like: communication, cognition, socialization,
motor skills set and manny more since it is an aditional estimulation protocol, that can
enhances the terapeutical gains on the main terapy set, but as a therapy needs to be
adjusted to execute the best effort on the most secure and controled way.
What i mean is that when you uses a technology therapy, you as parent or
legal guardian needs to be familiarized with the activities of the children or teen, and
supervise each step that is done, by using the right tools for that.
Someone said: "but they knows how to bypass the restrictions that we impose". Well, just
dont be outsmarted, learn and stay one step ahead.
