This is a table of just frequency ratios which are close to the
notes of twelve, nineteen, and thirty-one tone equal temperaments.
Each includes the last, so you can imagine adding extra notes to
go from 12->19->31 or taking away notes to go from 31->19->12.
The letters label the intervals with Harry Partch's suggestive
categories of Power, Emotion, Tension, and Approach.
