I am actually customer since estimated 2023. |

Stable servers and great dashboard. |
|

Deal with your issues if you contact them directly in e-mail, |
|
but their main focus look to be phone contact. |

Default DNS Records settings are a little confusing, optimized |
|
for their plans. |
|
|
|
Recommended but for hobbyists there are better options around. |
|
|
|
The only reason i am still on ionos it's because i am already long |
|
there paying a price i can afford and changing ISP means some hours |
|
of my time moving things |

I was a hostsailor customer before. |
|
|

Their VPS servers are stable and the prices are nice but |
|
it didn't have a top quality dashboard |
|
(and maybe still doesn't) |
