the client's fault **not** to support Unicode. |

Floodgap's proxy is an example of it, rendering braille art as |
|
gibberish bits of text. |
|
|
|
There's a term for it, called Mojibake, which is usually the |
|
result of encoded text incorrectly decoded in another |
|
standard such as Unicode to ANSI. |
|
|
|
Please be wary of your client's functionality. |
|
|
|
This also uses ANSI escape codes, that work on few clients. |
