Trying out Qobuz & Tidal - both seem pretty full-featured thus far.
Qobuz:
+       Works on OpenBSD
+       Downloadable/offline music
-       Doesn't seem to have as many artists
-       Might be a bit more expensive than Tidal

Tidal:
+       Works on most everything
+       Mobile Client is nice and 'just works'
-       Doesn't seem to work on OpenBSD
