It is past midnight. It is now thursday, I need to remember to put the
trash out tomorrow morning. Looking at some of my entries from last
year, here are some updates:
I have switched to FreeBSD as my main OS. I am enjoying it quit a bit,
it just makes sense. I am still using GNU/Linux (need to put some of my
favorite copypastas up on this gopher hole). I am not using Gentoo, I
did not care much for that experiment, and I am not actively using
Slackware, although, with slackware 15 quickly approaching I will make
more of an effort to use it. I am using OpenSUSE Leap 15.3 as my daily
driver on a Thinkpad T420s as a development machine. I am working on
learning flask.
I sold the Dell Precision T5810 or whatever the model number was as well
as the Sun kb. I'm using a brown switch mech kb at home and a blue
switch at my office. I still have not successfully made the switch to
emacs. I was using it for a bit earlier this year with orgmode, but I
kind of got out of the habit. I need to just jump in and commit to
figuring it out. I think I will do that next month. I am focused on
flask right now, I have a web app I'm trying to complete so I'm focused
on that.
Well, writing this little bit on here has actually made me feel quite a
bit better even though I haven't discussed anything other than an update
on what technology I'm working with. Interesting. I was feeling quite
shitty when I started writing this. Oh well, seem to be better now!
