Not an Italian recipe, despite the name.
Regular pizza base (I use sourdough)
Sour cream
American-style Alfredo sauce (the kind made with cream)
Onion, sliced
Courgette, thinly sliced
Cheese, shredded (I use Tasty)
Put the sour cream on the base in small lumps, not spread smoothly
Spread the Alfredo sauce on top, over the whole base
Add the vegetables, followed by the cheese
