Pickled Green Beans

(2024-01-07, we haven't tried this recipe yet)

Lots of green beans, stem end snapped or cut off

Put them in a jar

Pour over the hot brine; made by heating the following on the stove or in the
microwave:
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup white or apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp white sugar
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp peppercorns

Store in fridge and eat within a month

Optional to add to jar:
- 1-2 peeled garlic cloves
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- fresh dill
