Pour over the hot brine; made by heating the following on the stove or in the
microwave:
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup white or apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp white sugar
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp peppercorns
Store in fridge and eat within a month
Optional to add to jar:
- 1-2 peeled garlic cloves
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- fresh dill
