A productive saturday

I slept, I ate, and now my girlfriend and I are going to see
whether that pizza dough will live up to our expectation. While we
don't have a pizza oven (yet?), we've gather some experience on
cooking pizza with a regular one. What we've found to work rather
well is ot add the pizza without any ingridients first and make the
dough cook in the oven (240 degrees celcius). After 5 minutes, take
it out and add the ingredients. Then put it back in. Tonight, we'll
try something similar but maybe higher temperature. I'll keep you
all up to date.
