Header and Footer on a post

I just added two new sections to the settings of Smol Pub: Post
Header and Post Footer. The settings page is getting incredibly
messy and I'll probably re-organize it very soon, but I'm excited
about what this new addition brings!

It's now possible to add gemtext above the title of a post (header)
and below the content (footer). To illustrate, the "m15o" link at
the top is part of my header and the EOF section is part of my
footer. Setting it once will add it to all your posts.

Long overdue, and hopefully it will make reading and writing posts
with Smol Pub even better.
