# Orion

Friday night in Germany. It's getting late and although I started
working at 6 this morning, I am still sitting in front of a computer.
I just swapped my work laptop for my private one.

The sky's been cloudy all afternoon and evening, but yesterday before
going to bed I looked out of the kitchen window and instantly a word
came to my mind: Orion.

I needed a second to realize that I am looking at Orion with all of
its stars sparkling brightly in the crystal clear sky.
I do not really remember when was the last time I just looked up to
the stars awestruck by the beauty of them. I had to go to the living
room as the view was clearer from there.

It was a real special moment and I can't quite describe what I felt,
but it was good. I hoped for clear skies this evening again, but the
clouds ruined everything.

Tomorrow I have to drive to the airport as my wife returns from her
family visit. I have been alone at home for the majority of this week
and once again I had so many plans. None did I accomplish. Except
maybe for getting Bus Driver working on the Steam Deck.

Today the Christkindlesmarkt opened. In just two days we'll have the
First Advent Sunday. Three & a half weeks of work lie ahead of us...

Btw. I watched Ad Astra this afternoon and I can't say I liked it.
