COM STANDS FOR COMPLICATED

             adolfopa@{sdf,sdfeu,twenex}.org

I'm  listening  to aNONradio while I write this (A Step Fur-
ther Out with Publius). I joined the COM crowd at SDF and to
be  honest with you, I'm a bit overwhelmed by it.  There are
a ton of commands, most of which I have no  idea  what  they
do.  I'm terrified of doing anything, just in case I mess up
and kick someone out or violate  some  unwritten  netiquette
rule. Time to read the Wiki page for it I guess.

Other  than  that,  the  room  was  more  lively than I
expected, which is a good thing. I'm used to  the  quietness
of SDFeu, and SDF feels much more alive in comparison. It is
a shame things are not like that here at odin. But  I  guess
it is a problem of critical mass; there are not enough of us
in here.

I think I'm going to use SDF more. I've had an  account
there  for  quite  some  time -- maybe three years? -- , but
I've always preferred SDFeu due to the  lack  of  lagginess.
But  this  feeling  of being there with so many people makes
SDF very appealing. Sadly, timezone issues make it a bit  of
a challenge to be active at COM.

Well, today has been a quiet Saturday (as it should be,
thank god), so I don't have much more to say. Be happy!
