Previously, I had written about fixing my dryer.[1] Well, I've had
to open her up again a few more times, order some parts, and watch
some videos. I think I have determined root cause, after a couple
broken belts and swapping out the rollers and idle pulley. The
motor pulley was worn out and had broke into 2 pieces. [2] Ordered
cheap parts online, swapped out the motor pulley, and replaced the
broken belt, and it works again for now. Hope it lasts. Not
interested in replacing the appliance right now.
