pharc and me are ready for 2024

New Year's Eve and in 6 hours pharc will be executed by cron to
archive all my phlog posts of the year. As usual I have not posted
many things, especially during the summer, but hopefully I will pos
more often during the winter. That is, during January and February
maybe also March. This is usually the case, I post a lot during the
winter but very little during the summer. Too bad :(
I hope everything goes well and the archives are created without an
errors. And in case there are any errors we will try to fix them
as soon as possible.
If I am not wrong, the last update to the code was changing file
permissions so that the files could be served by gophernicus. This
back in 2022.
