* 1-2lbs of Leafy Greens, Cruciferous, or Green Beans
* 1 Cup of Starches or Root Vegetable
* 1 Cup of hanging Vegetable: Bell Pepper, Squash
* 2 Tablespoons of a healthy fat: Coconut or Olive Oil
