Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

4 to 6 equal and reasonably sized potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 to 1.5 cups of milk (warmed)
3 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
0.25 tsp (2 or 3 shakes) of nutmeg
Salt and ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
------------

1) Peal and rinse the potatoes, and cut them up into equally sized cubes.

2) Put the cubed potatoes into a pot of cold water, add 1 tsp of salt,
  and boil the potatoes until they are very tender.

3) Drain the potatoes, return them to the pot, put them back on the
  burner for 30 seconds, and stir them up a bit.

4) Mash the potatoes.

5) Mix in the margarine.

6) Heat the milk, and mix it into the potatoes.

7) Mix in the Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, and black pepper.

8) Add salt to taste.

Note: To thin the potatoes, add milk as needed/desired.
