I would like to try an experiment here. I wonder if you could
help me with this. I thought it might be interesting to make a
poll about something, but then I thought I would taint the poll
with my own perspective. So, the experiment is this:
I will ask a question and hope to get
some answers from the readers.
If the answers warrant a poll, I will
create one.
If there are not enough answers for a
poll, I will present the main gist of
the answers in some anonymized fashion.
If there are very few answers, I will
ditch the presentation and ramble about
my own thoughts on the matter.

The question is this: I have been feeling a pull towards one of
these identity groups that people like to talk about. I will not
elaborate at the moment on which group it is. But let's say
I have been reading some "activist" material and feel that it has
some effect on me and it would not be impossible to imagine that
I would speak "as a member" of this group. How would this make you
feel?
