Apple and karaway butter cake

200g butter                   .-./.-.
200g sugar                   (  '|'  )
200g (4 medium) eggs          \ '|' /
200g flour                     '-"-'
7g baking powder
2 spoons milk
3 apples (sliced in quarts without the hard middle part)
Teaspoon of finely ground karaway seeds

Mix the butter with the sugar until its a light mass.
Then add the eggs and karaway seeds, mix good.
Add the flour, baking powder and milk and mix just
enough for it to be homogenous, not longer.
Pour batter in a sheetpan and arange the apples in a
grid on top. Bake for 40-50 minutes in a 180C oven.
Slice the cake following the grid of apples, then
half each piece of cake diagonally.
