In case anyone thinks [1]Tokyo is casual about [2]North Korea, an
  ambulance turned on its siren as it was next to the [3]Belgium Beer
  Weekend event at Roppongi Hills.

  Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked. Several people
  grabbed their bags reflexively.

  The focus was brief, which is also good. Within about 15 seconds
  everyone realized what the siren was and went back to their fun.

  As it should be.
