Sometimes I like living in the future. I have two laptops, both second hand and both have been fixed up to get them working again (mostly new batteries). One is an ancient eeepc 701 netbook that I use for radio nerd stuff. I'm kinda slowly building it into a lowkey cyberdeck haha
Yesterday I was going through my collection of old computer parts and found a laptop wifi card that's newer than the one in the eeepc so I figured I'd upgrade it. Good news is that it works, and now the littlest laptop that's nearly older than bluetooth has bluetooth too! Bad news is that it's a half-size card.
