User mhj recently wrote a little bit about some new FCC
restrictions coming into play relative to the sale of
Baofeng radios[1][2]. Specifically, radios that operate on
FRS as well as licensed HAM bands will be restricted.

I don't like the rule, but I'm sure some well-meaning people
think it's wonderful.

In response, I have purchased another Baofeng to have
around...
