When winter is coming it's wise to take an advantage of autumn tomatoes. That tomatoes which are smelling like picked up from a twig. That juice and full of red color ones. Tomatoes which are great for Caprese.
I've seen a real /mozzarella di bufala/ in a supermarket once. I didn't believe it could taste like in Italy. Now I know that it is great and, despite the price, I buy it from time to time.
It lands on a plate with real Italian olive oil, fresh pepper and salt. It's a taste of sunny day in Italy.
