Will pounding pork loin into pork chops seem exotic to anyone? I'm doing it right now. A good idea of ​​the new times is to use transparent foil in a roll, so that the meat does not splash to the sides during whipping.
I discovered some time ago that my family recipe for that dish isn't the most common one. Pounded meat with pepper and salt is waiting in a fridge also with a sliced onion. People are frying meat without that step but I like when meat gained the onion taste and smell.
This is probably the most popular dish in Poland. I was surprised once while I saw a similar dish in Japan cuisine. But there isn't the same fried breadcrumb and egg coating. In Japan the meet is cut into strips, to help eat by chopsticks.

We visited the cemetery. Nice sunny weather today. Years ago, November 1 was usually so cold that winter jackets were worn and women wore furs. It often snowed or sleet. The weather has been sunny lately, good for an autumn walk along the cemetery paths between the trees.

I was testing Offpunk again. I've add a list of links from my /Gopher Novice/ series and there is a problem with big video files which are queued for syncing. This caused killing of Offpunk process. Even without that videos, the disk cache for the list has about 1,5GB. I didn't suppose that it will be so huge. I've sent a message to the mailing list to ask how to handle that. [1]
