There are several delivering companies here. The best in my area is the DPD. We know the delivery man. He also knows us. If he is hanging around the neighborhood he is always saying good morning. We don't need any tracking application because he is at the regular time at my house. If we aren't at home he is always phoning. Even in busy time for eg. weeks before Christmas he has a time to smile.
And there is worldwide delivery company the UPS. When I see that package is sent by the UPS I know that it will be a problem. So my ordered shoes should be today from 10 to 14. And it isn't here to now. The tracking application is showing old data. Eh.
