I went to bed after midnight yesterday. I fell asleep about one hour later. I was sleeping good but I was awake by an insect. I had planned go back home before noon so I ate breakfast before eight. I was thinking that it was enough sleep for me and I hadn't drink to much alcohol on a dinner but today was spent on a lower gear.
I've read an article in a newspaper about people after their forty. There were all well known facts about changed metabolism and about proper amount of sleep. I will try to organize it better tonight.
