I had been working from home for almost 2 years. Then I've switched to working from office for several months . It wasn't easy because my commute time is more than 30-40 minutes in the morning and the same in the afternoon. The first thought was that it's a big waste of time. But today I was working from home again. I can't do it in a proper way. It's late afternoon and I was mainly sitting at the desk. Maybe I did more tasks (it's sort of a "home office rage"?) but my work-life balance was violated. The same time during office day I have done about 5000 steps. I have been on a lunch outside. I have chatted several persons face to face. Instead of that I've ordered food to go and I've been staring at the screen during tele conference.
