Making slides for a presentation can be both the most awful thing and
surprisingly fun. Today was fun. I had to produce some dodgy set of
slides to show what my team is doing and sort of justifying the money
being spent. It means style is more important than substance. The
audience are not being asked for money so the information just needs
to reassure them that the outcome will be positive. So I have ended up
with lots of colours and pictures everywhere while also being business
like. The best part is not adding anything other than the years to the
timeline. It means I can be vague while also showing progress. I
normally find this annoying but I found some time to play instead of
worrying about rushing.
