following the previous record from 8.3.2023, when the phone broke....

dude, pay for the highway ticket is a nightmare. I wanned to pay it today, so it couldn't be paid by the monetary transfer, but only by the debet card payment on the internet. When I want to pay
with the card it ask me to confirm the request in the mobile banking app. how?!! when my mobile died forever. I called to the bank to change the settings, that I wanna confirm that via SMS, they
told me that only people in the bank branch office can do that, not them. So I asked them if I need to drive there, fortunatelly they gave me a number so I can call there. So I called to the number
they gave me, there was a person who enabled the SMS confirming to the internet banking so I thought I can also pay this way, I was wrong, when I paid with the card on the internet it still
requested confirmation via mobile app. I called them to the bank again and asked if they can enable it also for the card payment, they answered there is no chance to do that, there is new law in the
Czech Republic since the 1st of this year and nobody can confirm payment on the internet without the app (unicredit bank). So I am trying different bank (airbank), I am even able to access the
internet banking after click on the "I don't have a app" button. And there is an option to change global settings and confirmation to SMS, I tried that, but they want me to check two images that I
chose at the beginning (a lot of years ago). I didn't remember these pictures, so I called into the bank. AI answered the phone, it requested to ask a question, so I tell it my question three times
and it didn't understand a word, so the AI decided to redirect me to a real person, but I was assigned to a queue(line) and I was wayting... and waiting.... I was glad that I am calling from my
company phone, because I have the call for free and the bank phone number is not for free, I would pay a lot by calling from my personal number and waiting that long. When the person pick up the
phone, he told me that he can't verify my identity because I am not calling from my personal number and I should call from my personal number next time, so we agreed he will call me back to my
personal number in a minute. I waited like half an hour when he called me back. He asked me few questions to verify my identity when then suddenly my spare/temporal old phone with HW buttons goes of
a battery and shut down. When I put it in a charger and turn it on, I had three missed calls, but I waited if he calls again and he did, I am glad that he has such patience. He again asked me few
questions for verify my identity, different question then last time and I actually didn't know tha answer :D, do you know why is this possible? because I didn't know what information I gave to the
bank, he asked mefor my post address for comunication purposes, but I didn't know if I tell them my current place when I am living right now or if I didn't tell them anything and they have this
address set to my permanent residence which is the default. Fortunately I was able to login to the internet banking and check that information in my profile, so I gave the bank guy right answer and
he set the confirmation settings to SMS, I paid for my highway ticket and that's the end of story. It took me about three hours to do that simple task that normally should take about five minutes.
