Weather: the heat wave broke, a cloudy and cool morning

Did some social media/online presence management over the past
couple days, moved my mastodon account away from my current music
project handle [1] to something a bit more personal [2].  Based on
what I was following/engaging with, it wasn't making much sense.

Also started poking around the gemini space, and found...
geminispace [3].  this, and another one titled station [4] are
small communities of folks engaging like it was 1999.  Made up
a couple of identities/certificates (at least that's what Lagrange
calls it) and started posting as murdock over there as well.

Had a very early start today for a Saturday, have my synth stuff
all packed up and ready to go to Adamant to play some drone with
other artists at the tail end of the Black Fly Festival.  Bringing
some recording equipment, let's hope I turn the mic on this time and
get some sounds on tape.  I tried to record my drone on drone day
last weekend and it turned into an ephemeral sound installation.
