() 90's style   - Mulder continues to be master and commander of the 90's ties. More shoulderpads.
() 90's tech    - Large photo negative that looks like it could be an x-ray, "Data Banks" is apparently 90's for "Server Room" or "Data Center"
() 90's life    - We never hear about the Hubble telescope anymore? I'm *reasonably* certain they don't say "10-4" at NASA...

Notes: We never see Mulder get giddy at much of anything, aside from the loss of time in the pilot and meeting Col. Belt here. Mulder explaining every step Mission Control makes is some early form of Mansplaining. I realize this is not a great episode - it's a lot of stock footage, the special effects are wonky and it's sllllooooooooowwwwwwww.  Much like Col. Belt, we should have a strong drink and never speak of it again.
