Ingredients
2 ea whole eggs
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes(baked)
1/14 cups evaporated milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbls vanilla
4 oz melted butter
1 9in pie shell
Instructions
in mixing bowl
Cream butter and sugar
Add eggs mix well
Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Add to unbaked pie shell
Bake in 350 degrees over for 45 minutes to 1 hour
Or until knife inserted comes out clean
This makes 1 pie
