RECIPE FOR THE MEATBALLS:
1# ground beef(80/20)
1# ground pork(you can use ground chicken if you dont eat pork)
1 cup whole milk
2 cups diced fresh bread
1 tablespoon fine chopped garlic
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1 tsp oregano
2 eggs
1/2 cup parmasan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
add milk to bread and let soak for 30 minutes
add all other ingredients in large bowl
add bread/milk mixture and mix together until complexly mixed


form in small balls and place on greased sheet pan(makes 24 meat balls)
cook in oven on 350 degrees for 15 minutes(you also can sear in skillet on top of stove)
add to sauce and simmer 10 minutes
serve over pasta

RECIPE FOR SAUCE:
14 OZ CAN diced tomatoes
12 oz cab tomato sauce
4 oz can tomato paste
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/2 chopped onions
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
saute onions and garlic until soft
add rest of ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes
