RECIPE:
4 chicken thighs( Cut in half)
8 oz frozen mixed vegetables( carrots.corn,green beans,peas)
3 quarts chicken stock
1 chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 tsp chopped garlic
12 oz egg noodles
salt and pepper to taste

season chicken and sear on both sides until brown
remove chicken from pot
add celery,onions and garlic
cook until soft
add chicken stock and chicken back to pot
simmer for 15-20 minutes
add noddles to pot and cook for 5 minutes or until noodles are cooked
add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes more
