Recipe
1# dry peas(soaked over night)
1 cup chopped onions
1# salted jowls chopped
1# pig tails
1# pork neck bones
2 quarts water

Add meat garlic,and onions  to pot and cover with water
Simmer until tender (about 2 hours)
Add peas and cook until tender and season with salt and pepper
Enjoy with hot sauce and chow chow
