Spicy Carrot Radish Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup radish, diced
1 cup carrot, peeled and diced
4 or 5 green chillies, serrano is fine
2 tsp black mustard seeds
1 tsp turmeric
1/4 cup butter, or less
juice of 1 lemon
salt to taste
cilantro leaves

Instructions:
Peel carrots.  Dice carrots, radishes, and chiles.
Mix in a bowl.
Heat butter, cook mustard seeds until they splutter.
Remove from head.  Stir in turmeric.
Immediately add hot oil and spices to the vegetables.
Mix well to coat the vegetables.
Add salt and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Garnish with cilantro leaves.
