Nariyal Lahsan Chutney

Coconut Garlic Chutney

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup dry unsweetened coconut powder
1 whole bulb of garlic
1 tsp salt (I suggest half as much)
0.75 tsp red chili powder (Indian chili powder is very hot and good)
1 tsp tamarind paste
0.5 cup water
1 tb oil
1 tsp mustard seeds

Method:
Peel the garlic and cut off any bad spots.  Grind all ingredients (escept mustard seeds and oil) in blender with 0.5 cup of water into a fine paste.  Heat oil in frying pan on medium heat and add mustard seeds.  When seeds start to pop, remove from pan and add to above mixture.
