Adraki Chilli Chicken
Slightly modified from the recipie of Harpal Singh Sokhi

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 300 grams
Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon
Ginger slice 1 inch
Green chillies 4-5 (Far far less if using serrano, 1 to 2 serrano,
2 to 3 jalapenos top. Use your heat tolerance as your own judge here)
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Oil 1 teaspoon
Garlic cloves chopped 1 teaspoon
Dark Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
White Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder ½ teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon.
Salt To taste
Fresh coriander leaves 2 teaspoon.
Onion cube 1 medium
Green bell pepper cube 1 medium

Preperation:

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add in the chopped ginger; garlic chopped, green chilli, sliced and sauté wel

Add in the chicken and sauté well. Then ad chillies, black pepper, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt.

Saut well.

Add in onion and bell pepper cubes and tossed well

Add soy sauce, vinegar and sauté well until chicken is cooked .Not dry but not pink. You'll know if it pulls apart well.

Lastly add chopped coriander and toss well. Remove it in a serving bowl, garnish it with parsley and ginger julienne and serve hot.

Note: I personally find parsley to be useless as hell so I skip it and use the coriander/cilantro alone as a garnish. Fresh ginger
can be a bit much for many people so it's ok to leave it out. If you leave it out, substitute the 1tsp garlic for 1tsp ginger and garlic
paste.
