Greek Style Macaroni With Olive Oil and Toasted Cheese
Ingredients:

1 Greek tomato sauce
1 pound macaroni, such as penne
Salt, to taste
1/3 cup Greek olive oil
2/3 cup grated myzithra or Romano cheese
Black pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons fresh, chopped parsley


Instructions:
Fill a large pot with water and add a pinch of salt.
Bring the water to a boil over high heat with the lid on.
Remove the lid and set the heat to medium-low.

Add the penne and cook to al dente, which should take about ten minutes.
Drain in a colander and add to as serving bowl.
Toss in the prepared tomato sauce and olive oil.

Place a small skillet on a burner that has been set to medium.
Add the cheese and cook for a few minutes while stirring constantly until it is slightly toasted
Sprinkle with the cheese, black pepper, and parsley and serve immediately.
