Astakomakaronada
Ingredients:

1 pound spaghetti
2/3 cup Greek olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 1/2 cups chopped, fresh tomatoes
1 cup dry white wine
Salt, to taste
6-7 ounces of cooked lobster meat (from about 2, 1 pound lobsters
3 cups fish or lobster stock
3 tablespoons chopped, fresh parsley

Instructions:
Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.
While you do that, you'll want to prepare the sauce
Pour the olive oil into a large skillet and set the heat to medium.
Add the onion and saute until soft. This should take about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for another minute.
Stir in the tomatoes, white wine, and salt and cook the mixture for another minute.
Add the lobster meat and fish stock and raise the heat to medium-high.
Let the mixture boil and then set the heat to low. Simmer it for about ten minutes.
When the pasta is cooked to all dente, strain it and add it to the large skillet.
Toss the ingredients together, turn off the heat, and sprinkle with fresh parsley just before serving
