Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Greek olive oil
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh, chopped dill or parsley
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup Greek olive oil

Instructions:
Heat the olive oil over medium in a frying pan.
Add the green bell pepper and saute until soft.
This should take about five minutes.
Remove from heat and let them cool.
Add the feta cheese, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill or parsley,
black pepper, and olive oil.
Pulse until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl.
Refrigerate for up to three days
