Ingredients:
1/2 pound block of halloumi
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried Greek oregano

Instructions:
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the halloumi cheese into slices about 1/4 inch thick.
Brush each of the slices with olive oil front and back.
You’ll want to save some of the oil for drizzling at the end.
Grill each slice for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with the rest of the oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle with oregano.
