Ingredients:
Schaller & Weber Slab Bacon
Maple syrup
Schaller & Weber Sweet and Spicy Bavarian Mustard

Directions:


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees (cook for 12-15)
Cut your brick of Schaller & Weber slab bacon into breakfast slices and
lay them on parchment on a sheet pan.
Mix your maple syrup with Schaller & Weber Sweet and Spicy mustard and
stir until it forms a glaze.
With a brush, coat each strip with your glaze.
Bake it for 12-15 minutes
