Ingredients:
Schaller & Weber Slab Bacon
Schaller & Weber Sweet and Spicy Bavarian Mustard
Aged white cheddar cheese
Bread

Directions:
Heat a skillet or griddle pan over medium heat.
Paint bacon grease on one side of each slice of bread. Place bread,
bacon fat coated side down into warm pan and top with 1 slice of cheese,
apple slices to cover cheese, bacon, and finish build with 1 more slice
of cheese. Last, top with another slice of bread, leaving bacon fat
coated side up, or exposed.

Cook until the underside of bread on pan is golden brown and cheese is
beginning to melt; flip sandwiches, press lightly, and continue cooking
until golden and toasty. With a sharp or serrated knife slice sandwiches
on the diagonal and serve immediately.

ADDITIONAL TIPS:

Choose your favorite cheese! I like a sharp white cheddar with this,
but gruyere, Swiss, or even a blue cheese would also be delicious.

Any egg based bread will work here, such as potato or challah

Any apple will work here, granny smith, pink Gaia, etc. or even a pear!

Butter works if you do not have rendered bacon fat on hand.
