The Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA) defeated
the Miami Heat in a thrilling Game 7 last night. The Celtics are now in the
NBA Finals. They will face the Golden State Warriors.
I live in a suburb of Boston and have worked in the area since 1991. I'm a
massive Boston sports fan and my fandom has been rewarded many times thanks
to the dominance of the professional Boston teams.
With the NBA Finals upon us, I'll become a raving sports fan yet again.
Basketball is especially exciting because its the smallest of the team
sports (there are only five players per team on the court). It's easy to
get to know the team.
I hope to report that the Celtics emerge victorious over the next several
weeks!
