PATTY MELT PIZZA
--------------------------------------------

Ingredients (8 slices):
   1       premade pizza dough
   3/4 lb  ground beef
   1/2 tsp seasoned salt (Lawry's, e.g.)
   1/4 tsp pepper
   2       onions
   1/4 c   steak sauce
   2 tbsp  butter
   1 tsp   Worcestershire sauce
   1/3 c   shredded Italian 6-cheese blend
   1/3 c   Thousand Island dressing
9       thin sliced sharp cheddar cheese
   1 tsp   caraway seeds (optional)

Prep:
   Bowl 1:
       ground beef
       seasoned salt
       pepper
   Bowl 2:
       onion: thinly slice
       Worcestershire sauce
       butter
       caraway seeds (optional)
   Bowl 3:
       6-cheese blend
       Thousand Island dressing

Steps:
 - Roll out pizza dough if necessary, onto
   baking stone/pizza pan.
 - Preheat oven (top rack) to 400 degrees.
Preheat saute pan on medium-high until
   hot, 2-3 mins.
 - Add BOWL 1 to pan, cook until browned,
   5-7 mins.
 - Add steak sauce to pan, stir to combine.
 - Remove ground beef from pan, set aside.
 - Add BOWL 2 to pan, cook until well
   browned, 8-10 minutes.
 - Mix contents of BOWL 3. (*) Spread on
pizza dough. Spread ground beef evenly
on top. Spread onions over ground beef.
   Top with cheese slices.
 - Bake until cheese melts, 18-20 minutes.

(*) Feel free to add more cheese; I prefer
to basically double the cheese to get more
of a "cheese coated in dressing" instead of
a "dressing with cheese".
