Two days ago, me and my friends, have been given
some old electronic circuits, with a lot of ICs on them,
and one of these ICs happened to be SRM2016C20 16kBit
SRAM IC, but why does it matter?
A few hours before writing this post, I've been
looking up some datasheets for this IC and then I tried
drawing some crude manual contol system for it, but
as it always is when I draw something, I ran out of
space on the sheet. Then I thought, why not do it on
computer. One thing led to the other, and next thing
I did was devise a norm for drawing electronic circuits
in ASCII characters, and this is how ESiA norm was born.
I already put an very incomplete normative paper on
my miscellaneus page, so make sure to check it out, as
IMO it is an interesting concept.
