Another workweek over, and none too soon for how this week
was going. I think I've managed to get a combined 28 hours of
sleep since Monday, and 53 hours on the clock. At least the
problems today were from lack of work rather than lack of time or
lack of supply. It worked out okay anyway, I managed to get
pretty well caught up on my paperwork, and we were able to find
enough to do that everyone got to pull down a complete shift.
I think I'm going to upload some files to my library folder
here to act as a sort of repository for my favorite DOS programs.
This will make it easier for me to get my DOS builds set up -
unlike this one, most of my DOS machines don't have any USB
support and some don't even have optical or removable CF support,
so I have to install everything from floppy or chase it down on
the internet. Putting everything in one place would be much more
convenient. Perhaps others may find them useful as well - not all
of them are readily available online, as far as I can tell.
I'm going to cut the log a bit short today, I have a few
small projects I'm pretty eager to work on, but before I get
stuck into one I'm kind of in the mood to play some game or
another, just kind of wind down from this week.
